Ayurvedic Consultations

During your initial consultation, we will assess your doshas (prakriti), current imalances (vikriti), and address your main concerns. We will examine your diet and lifestyle factors that may be contributing to your imbalnaces. You will gain a better understanding of your mind-body constitution and learn the how to bring balance and achieve optimal health.

Your first consultation will take approximately 60-90 minutes, and includes a 30 minute follow up session to go over recommendations. 

Our bodies are constantly changing and finding that optimal balance is an art. Our follow up consultations assess the current state of your imbalances (vikriti) and note any improvements achieved since your previous consultations. We will reexamine your recommendations and make any necessary changes.  

Follow up consultations are 60 minutes.
